Commercial Concrete Pressure Washing Service
There are a few ways to clean concrete, but we choose to do it so the finished job is even and not what is called tiger striping! We use a surfacer for all horizontal and vertical surfaces to leave an evenly cleaned surface. The walls show one pass with a 12" surfacer. We can remove the grease and grime, but can't change 80 years of different patching colors. Surface is ready to paint, which the HOA decided to do. This building had mildew and rust stains on the foundation walls. Easily cleaned using hot water pressure washing and rust removal product. Cleaning canopies are no easy task without ripping them. We use canvas safe detergent to kill the mildew and break down the grime. Then we carefully pressure wash at low pressure. Never let canvas dry out, so we spray on a rejuvenating solution to re-hydrate the fabric and enhanced water shed.
