Do I Have To Be Home Or At The Commercial Property During The Service?
Although we would love to see you and chat with you, we are able to perform all our exterior cleaning services without you being present. We prefer you to be home or at the property for a final walk around to make sure you are 100% satisfied. If you plan to be away during the time of service, please allow us to have access to all parts of your property that will be requiring cleaning. If you will not be home a check must be left or a credit card on file to be run upon completion for work to be performed.
How Should I Prepare For A Low Pressure Washing Service?
- Please ensure that all of your doors and windows are completely shut.
- Please ensure that we have access to all parts of your property.
- Please ensure that we have access to a working water source.
- Please ensure that all of your pets and children are inside the home.

We are not responsible or liable for any of the following:
Pre-existing damage to any parts of your home including siding, fascia, roofing, windows, screens, concrete, pavers, stonework, brick, tile, decks, fencing, gutters, or roofing. If drainage is poor, we cannot be responsible for puddles as this predates the service.
Standard pressure washing does not include the removal of any of the following:
Rust, oil, grease, glue, paint, caulk, concrete, or any other non-organic material from your surfaces. See our website for a complete TOS.
Do I Need To Remove My Screens?
While it is not required to remove the screens prior to cleaning, we do encourage our customers to remove screens whenever reasonably possible to allow for a more thorough cleaning.
How Do I Pay For My Residential Service?
If you are home during the cleaning payment is due upon completion of our service. You may pay in the form of cash, check, or credit card. If you are not home during the cleaning service a check must be left in a safe location or a credit card on file which will be run when the cleaning is complete.
How Do I Pay For My Commercial Service?
All commercial cleaning services are subject to net 15 payment terms. You will be emailed an invoice with a link to a secure payment portal or mail check to our office.
Are You Insured?
Yes, We carry all proper certifications of insurance required for the work we perform. We also carry a $1 Million Commercial Liability Policy for your added protection and peace of mind. Our employees are all covered with proper workman’s compensation and liability insurance.
