At Exstream Clean, we work to improve the look and value of homes and commercial properties in our area through soft washing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and other various services. We strive to provide our clients with the best customer service and cleaning practices that this industry has to offer. Business is booming and we find that we need to add a Cleaning Technician to our team! We are seeking stable, hardworking, and career minded employees to join our Exstream Team. If you love to work with your hands outdoors, becoming a cleaning technician on our Exstream Team may be right for you! As a Cleaning Technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient performance of residential and commercial cleaning services. This is a physically demanding outdoor job; team members will be working in very hot, very cold, or wet conditions. Team members must be equally comfortable working on the ground as well as on a ladder. Team members must also be able to spend long periods of time crouching, kneeling, and reaching not to mention walking up to several miles a day. This is not your typical 9-5 desk job! Daily Responsibilities:
Prepare trucks for the day -
• Load supplies • Check fuel levels • Check Chemical levels • Drive to job sites Perform service at customer site - • Clean exterior surfaces of residential and commercial properties • Use pressure washer • Use surfacer • Use various hand tools Document Service - • Take before and after photos of location • Note arrival to job site, completion of service on scheduling app • Accept payment for services on-site, note on scheduling app • Note any customer concerns or requests for follow up Perform maintenance on equipment - • wash equipment • change out worn fittings and hoses Must be able to safely... • Perform lifting/pushing/pulling activities daily • Lift and carry 50 lbs • Walk 5+ miles a day • Bend and kneel for extended periods of time • Willing and able to work up to 32' on a ladder Requirements: • Ability to read, write, and speak English • Strong attention to detail and able to take direction • Washing experience helpful but not necessary • High school Diploma or Equivalent • Background check required • Valid driver's license (required) • MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD • Experience driving trucks and pulling trailers • Must be reliable and hardworking • Must practice safe work habits • Willing to work weekends and overtime • Have a positive attitude • Must be 21 years old • Excellent communication skills • Professional appearance and personality We Offer: • Great pay • Daily, weekly overtime • Regular pay raises and opportunities for advancement • Training provided - Experience working outdoors and pressure washing preferred • Positive and supportive work environment where you are valued and respected
